About The Position

Menards is seeking a customer-focused individual to join their Call Center Team. As a Call Center Team Member, the individual will be responsible for assisting customers who call in with questions about stores and products. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, requiring excellent customer service to ensure all inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. The role involves providing direct customer service through oral and written communication via phone call or email using Menards-provided programs. Team Members will receive on-the-job training to contribute to store sales by selling products directly and fielding customer phone inquiries regarding product questions, pricing, and availability.

  • Process sales and special orders based on Customer requests and need
  • Provide clarification on Menards return policies and process returns accurately
  • Solve customer concerns and provide effective solutions in timely manner
