About The Position

Call Center Support Specialist | Greenville The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy, one of the largest early education and childcare companies in the US, is seeking a Call Center Support Specialist to assist our corporate facilities team! We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you. The successful candidate will help assist the Facilities help desk. This includes coordinating facilities-related requests for all schools in 8 states, including property maintenance and repair, fleet maintenance, and engaging third-party contractors. Pay rate of $15 per hour. 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift Location: 601 East McBee Ave. Greenville, SC 29601 About The Sunshine House: Bright futures start here! Requirements

  • At least 2 years of related experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to learn and take initiative to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Training or experience in the construction or facilities industry preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver facility-related customer support to 100+ sites via help desk system, email, and phone.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues by using established protocols; redirect issues to appropriate resources, as needed.
  • Accurately process and record calls; maintain accurate and thorough records in database.
  • Obtain bids from contractors for upgrades and present recommendations for approval.
