The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of employees to include motivating, recognizing, coaching, counseling, training and problem solving. The successful candidate will develop positive interaction with the clients including conference calls, call calibrations, scripting, etc. and assisting in resolving client concerns in a timely manner is a must.
