About The Position

Our Inside Sales Center in Renton is growing, and we are adding another Call Center Supervisor to our leadership team. This position plays a pivotal role in leading our agents to success in lead conversion, appointment scheduling, and overall performance. We are looking for a motivated leader who can prioritize tasks, manage projects, and foster a high-performance culture in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of call center or customer service supervisor experience is required. Previous Inside Sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task and operate efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Leadership: Excellent training and coaching skills with a proven ability to lead and prioritize effectively.
  • Work Ethic: Highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Inside Sales experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor Inside Sales teams to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Development: Provide ongoing training and development for current agents to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Strategy & Analysis: Proactively analyze metrics to adjust strategies and achieve performance targets.
  • Operations Management: Ensure effective appointment scheduling, territory allocation, and smooth lead flow by working with fellow departments.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor calls for quality assurance and handle escalated calls as needed.
  • Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding efforts for new team members.
  • Culture Building: Foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture that delights both internal and external customers.
  • Collaboration: Participate in cross-departmental initiatives and projects as directed by the ISC Manager or Marketing Director.
