About The Position

True North Fe deral Credit Union is searching for a dynamic personality to join our team. As the Contact Center Supervisor, you will be the go-to person for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of contact center representatives. If you are all about great communication skills, positive leadership and keeping cool in a busy environment, we’d love to have you apply! What you’ll be doing: Working closely with your manager to supervise the day-to-day operations including the front-line representatives. Ensure that service levels are maintained and goals/expectations for the department are met. Serve as a Contact Center agent as needed. Interact with member via telephone or electronic communication. Collaborate with the manager for hiring, training, directing and evaluating employee performance. Model appropriate workplace professionalism and teamwork.

Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years of similar or related experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal competency
  • High school education or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Previous call center experience or financial institution experience preferred but not required.
