About The Position

Call Center Specialist Monday Friday; 20 Hours per Week; rotating Saturday 9:00am 12:00pm If you are passionate about serving your community and believe excellent customer service is the backbone of an organization, click Apply to submit your application and resume for our Call Center Specialist position. We serve over 11,000 members in the Omaha Metro area and our Call Center Specialists are the lifeline to our members. Is this you? You love to be on the phone and chatting online. You do what it takes to find solutions to a variety of member needs while representing the Credit Union in a professional and courteous manner Youre great at building relationships both with our members and when working cross-collaboratively with various internal teams. You are comfortable navigating multiple systems at a time and solving complex account and financial inquiries. You dont give up until youve found a satisfactory resolution and the member is satisfied. You have an uncanny ability to recommend products that could help the member reach their financial goals. All Call Center Specialists must follow all Federal and State Regulations as well as internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements such as: BSA, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC. Requirements

All Call Center Specialists must follow all Federal and State Regulations as well as internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements such as: BSA, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC.
Two years of similar or related experience.
High School education or GED.
