Requirements

  • A passionate communicator with a knack for connecting with people!
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the energy or tech sector.
  • Strong listening skills and a talent for problem-solving with a smile.
  • Familiarity with solar energy products is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential!
  • Ability to navigate CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
