Requirements
- 40+ WPM typing speed
- Strong verbal communication
- Ability to multitask under time pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
Responsibilities
- Managing high-volume inbound calls
- Supporting caregiver scheduling and urgent escalations
- Responding to chat and email requests
- Accurately documenting every interaction
- Following structured communication protocols
