About The Position

We are seeking an upbeat and friendly Bilingual Call Center Representative who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A Smile 4U is a privately owned dental practice with locations in Decatur, East Point, Hiram, Cartersville, and Dalton. We offer a wide range of services under one roof, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery. Serving both pediatric and adult patients, we are committed to delivering a positive and memorable experience for every patient.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Previous customer service, call center experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Make daily outbound calls to schedule patient appointments per clinic protocols
• Document all call interactions according to standard operating procedures
• Assist in resolving customer complaints with the support of the Customer Service Manager
• Enter new patient information into the practice management system
• Update existing patient records
