Front Desk Call Center Representative
About The Position
Are you confident on the phone and great with people? We’re hiring a Call Center Representative to join our fast-growing, locally owned home improvement company! You would be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for customers entering the showroom as well as scheduling appointments over the phone. Position Details: Schedule: Monday– Friday 9am-5pm Pay: $18/hour Location: In office About the Role: Help maintain showroom flow during busy periods. & Book free in-home estimates for homeowners interested in bath and shower remodeling Follow up with warm leads who haven’t scheduled yet Use CRM and scheduling software to manage calls and appointments No cold calling or telemarketing Why Join Us? Requirements
- Great phone presence and conversation skills
- Strong typing, computer, and organizational abilities
- Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment

- Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software is a plus
