Requirements
- Pleasant phone voice with good communication skills
- Computer and keyboarding skills
- Outgoing and energetic attitude
- Active listening skills giving full attention to what client is saying
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as with a team
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls
- Listening to client questions and giving accurate answers
- Guiding clients through the enrollment process so they can make an informed decision
