As needed to provide coverage within the needs of the department Variable shifts- 6:30AM-6:30PM OR 6:30PM-6:30AM There is no set schedule, and the shifts are Variable shift Job Summary: Answers incoming calls and performs triage of inquiries.

Requirements

High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
No experience required

Responsibilities

Responds to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources following a set standard.
Collects relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities.
Track inquires, questions and answers and provide resolution.
May perform clerical or administrative duties.
Performs other duties as assigned.
