Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming calls, accurately and forwards the caller to the appropriate extension
  • Gives directions/information to callers
  • Places telephone calls as requested.
  • Greets public, staff, and others in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedules, reschedules, and alters appointment times as needed
  • Voice pages staff and makes announcements via Internal Paging System
  • Maintains general information and knowledge of Riggs Community Health Center programs to share with callers
