About The Position
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist guests by phone, email, and chat with planning and booking vacations at our waterpark and campground. You’ll answer questions, make reservations, and process payments, and help guests feel excited and confident about their upcoming visit. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, multitasking, and delivering great service.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with guests on the phone and using a computer
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation software
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service, call center, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Previous experience at Splashway preferred but not required.
