As a Temp-to Hire Call Center Representative you will be responsible for: Answer inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements Handle standards in a fast-paced, large call volume environment. Utilize multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking, and document each call. Respond to Wisconsin child support inquiries, and complaints, using a standard script and procedures. Gather information and research/resolve inquiries. Inform callers about the services available and assess caller's needs.
