About The Position
ShotVet is hiring on-site call center agents for our Longwood, FL office. Join a fast-growing team helping pet parents find events, access records, and book services. Hours of Operation: Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Saturday – Sunday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM Schedule Required: closing shifts (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM) 2 Fulltime team members with Monday/Tuesday off - Fri, Sat, Sundays REQUIRED 2 Fulltime team members with Wednesday/Thursday off - Fri, Sat, Sundays REQUIRED On-site (not remote)
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- College grads welcome!
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask calls/chats
- Friendly, helpful attitude
Nice To Haves
- Call center or veterinary experience
- Sales experience with metrics
- Familiarity with Dialpad
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Answer calls/chats and assist clients
- Provide info on services and products
- Schedule appointments and support field teams
- Maintain and update client records
- Assist with administrative tasks
