We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Call Center Peer Support Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing oversight, guidance, and direction to peer support staff responding to incoming calls. This position will oversee daily operations of the call center and respond to incoming calls. This position is responsible for staffing cases and assisting in coordination of care to new or potential clients enrolling in services at Coastal Horizons. This role requires the ability to work autonomously, while still receiving appropriate supervision to ensure best practices and client care. A valid drivers license and/or government-issued ID is required. Must have reliable transportation.
