The Call Center Operator shall be repsonsible to answer the phone in a timely, courteous, and professional manner, as well as, to respond accordingly to any crisis situation. Additionally, this individual must also be able to respond to Lifeline calls and take appropriate measures for the call. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
