This is an in-office position based in our Virginia Beach Corporate office. Starting pay is $15/hour. Summary: As a Call Center Operator you will be responsible for assisting customers both via email and over the phone to determine their "true need". The Call Center Operator is responsible for answering customer inquiries and questions regarding the products and services MileOne produces or provides.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and or emails to assist customers with particular inquiries or questions
  • Provide individualized customer service of a high-standard, professional level
  • Build the interest of customers in the products and services offered by MileOne
  • Update the existing database with any modifications or changes and the present status of the customers or prospective customers
  • Determine problems or issues in queries or complaints.
