Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge on daily call center operations and appointment-setting performance
  • Coach, develop, and energize a high-performing call center team
  • Drive results across inbound and outbound calls while delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Own the numbers — monitor KPIs, run focused team meetings, and turn data into action
  • Partner with sales leadership to maximize schedules and boost conversion
