About The Position

Join AJ PERRI, a member of American Residential Services (ARS), the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical services, with over 7,000+ team members and 45+ years of experience serving homeowners nationwide. We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to support our residential HVAC service and installation teams by managing inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting customers with heating and air conditioning service requests. This is a fast-paced, in-office customer service role supporting our growing HVAC service operations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Experience scheduling service appointments (HVAC or home services preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
  • Ability to manage multi-line phone systems with accuracy and professionalism
  • Must report daily to the office (no remote work available)
  • Weekend and shift flexibility may be required
  • Must pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls regarding HVAC service, heating repair, air conditioning service, and installation scheduling
  • Make outbound calls to confirm HVAC service appointments and installation schedules
  • Manage scheduling for HVAC technicians and HVAC installers
  • Operate multi-line phone systems while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Provide customers with timely updates regarding heating and air conditioning service appointments
  • Coordinate with dispatchers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure efficient service scheduling
  • Deliver excellent customer service while handling a high volume of HVAC-related service requests
