About The Position

We are looking for a Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong computer and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of consecutive customer service experience
  • Call center experience is a plus but not required
  • Candidates with multiple short-term roles may not be considered
  • Proficient computer skills and data entry experience (minimum 1 year)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from existing customers regarding account information
  • Provide information to potential customers and process new applications
  • Handle payments via phone and document customer concerns accurately
  • Update account holder information and perform account maintenance (changes, adjustments, statement requests)
  • Explain terms, conditions, and policies clearly to customers
  • Prepare daily reports, including CSR Activity and cash-out reports
  • Follow up via mail and email correspondence
