About The Position

We are seeking full-time, onsite associates to join our team during a temporary assignment designed to support a major brokerage conversion. The primary goal of this role is to field basic client questions related to the transition from one firm to another and help alleviate the anticipated high volume of inquiries directed to our contact center. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Investments clients in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include assisting with account maintenance, website navigation, asset transfers, correspondence questions, and other general requests. You will act as a resource for clients during this conversion period, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent
  • One or more years of relevant work experience in a contact center environment
  • Highly reliable and committed to providing outstanding customer service
  • High level of communication and technical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures independently
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office and other software
  • Previous banking or financial services experience is a plus including FINRA registrations past or present
