Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • At least 1 year of customer service, preferably in banking, call center, or financial institution
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Create a world class experience for members
  • Serve membership by providing service and information in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner via telephone or Interactive Teller Machines
  • Research and resolve routine member questions, problems, and complaints
  • Open new accounts, and service existing accounts.
  • Set up new account profiles, and provide members with all necessary information for membership
  • Provide members with appropriate referrals regarding other Credit Union products available to them and more..............
