About The Position

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Sun Loan, you help customers by phone with their loan needs: applying for a loan, making payments, updating their account, or getting support if they fall behind. This is a beginner‑friendly role where you learn as you go. You’ll get coaching, training, and shadowing so you can grow your skills in customer experience, accuracy, and compliance. Your work helps customers feel supported and keeps our loan processes running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a call center environment or consumer finance.
  • Understanding of policy and procedure regarding collection activity
  • Understanding of loan management software preferred.
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience including Outlook, Word, Sharepoint and Teams.
  • Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Mail support with return mail and sending out collection letters.
  • Reviewing skip tracking sites to update new customer contact information and references.
  • Coordinating mailing for wage assignments and legal documents.
  • Manual texting for past due accounts
  • Other duties as assigned.
