Oregon State Credit Union is seeking a service driven and solutions focused Contact Center Consultant I to join our Branch Services team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members reaching out through phone, chat, email, and video. Your expertise, empathy, and ability to problem solve will ensure members receive exceptional service with every interaction. As a Contact Center Consultant I, you will assist members with account needs, load consumer loan applications, provide education on credit union products, and help resolve inquiries with professionalism and care. You’ll play a key role in strengthening member relationships and living our service standards.
