About The Position

The Call Center Sales Consultant will partner with members to identify and meet a wide range of financial needs through personalized consultation and solution driven service. They specialize in new accounts and loans, while uncovering opportunities to build member trust and loyalty.

Requirements

  • High School (High school diploma) or GED required
  • One to two years of prior work experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role Microsoft Office 365 applications (Intermediate)

Responsibilities

  • Assist members with a wide range of financial needs including new accounts, loans, and account maintenance.
  • Conduct outbound calls to build business, strengthen relationships, and uncover unperceived needs.
  • Provide tailored financial advice and long-term solutions that support member goals.
  • Demonstrate strong consultative skills by uncovering unspoken needs and presenting personalized solutions.
  • Foster trust and loyalty by delivering high-quality service and financial education.
  • Recognize sales opportunities and deliver value through meaningful recommendations.
  • Ensure all consumer loan documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Comply with DMV and security procedures in releasing or securing lienholder interest.
  • Maintain schedule adherence and availability to support member access and services levels.
  • Track and complete required reports, documentation, and compliance processes.
  • Provide Virtual Branch services by engaging members via secure video, chat, and co-browse sessions.
