This role is key to delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with party and event reservations, responding to inquiries, and helping drive revenue through effective communication. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable managing high call volumes and multitasking
  • Basic computer and email proficiency; experience with reservation or CRM systems a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
  • Positive, friendly, and guest-focused attitude
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and courteously
  • Provide accurate information about park hours, pricing, policies, and offerings
  • Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or location as needed
  • Deliver excellent guest services and ensure a positive first impression
  • Assist guests with booking birthday parties, group events, and special packages
  • Follow scripts and sales prompts to promote upsells, memberships, and additional services
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, party packages, and availability
  • Enter bookings accurately into the reservation system
  • Monitor and respond to company-wide emails, including inquiries, booking questions, and guest feedback
  • Route emails to the appropriate managers or departments when necessary
  • Ensure timely, professional responses in accordance with company standards
  • Update and verify guest information, party details, and calendar availability
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system or reservation software
  • Assist in reporting and tracking guest bookings and inquiries
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management in a timely manner
  • Maintain a positive, helpful attitude in all customer interactions
