As one of the fastest growing solar companies, we are looking for an organized and upbeat Call Center Agent who wants to join the team in our Las Vegas, NV office. This is an opportunity to work with an industry-leading company and some of the best teams in solar. The Call Center Agent works in the administration department to set customer expectations and to ensure customer control and continuity from initial inbound call, appointment setting and customer welcome calls. The Agent works under the Call Center Manager and alongside the sales department. The Agent is the first point of contact for inbound calls as well as introductory calls and accordingly must provide an impressive and memorable representation of the company.
