About The Position

Capital Management Services (CMS) is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a major national bank. In this role, you'll work with current customers who are slightly past due (2–90 days) on their accounts-no cold calling or old debt collections. This is a great opportunity for individuals with customer service experience looking to build a long-term career in a professional, growth-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)
  • Comfortable using computers and entering data
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve

  • Collections or financial services experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Contact customers regarding recent missed payments
  • Provide solutions to help bring accounts current
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
