About The Position
Renewal by Andersen, America's premier replacement window and door company, is looking to add motivated and driven Call Center Agents, who are excited to work in a high-volume call center, and passionate about being the first step in our customer's window replacement journey to our team! This is a full-time, in-office position, and a 12pm-8pm shift. We have an hourly base ($17-18) plus monthly UNCAPPED bonuses typically ranging from $150-500 monthly! Candidates unable to commute to our Appleton, WI office and who cannot work the 12-8pm shift will not be considered. Requirements
- Above average skills with interpersonal communication and negotiation
- Strong phone presence
- Driven, with a strong desire to succeed, excel, and grow
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Naturally outgoing and self-disciplined
- Ability to work afternoons and some weekends
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work from a computer and on a phone/headset for extended periods of time
Nice To Haves
- Past retail, customer service, sales, and telemarketing experience a major plus
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads
- Promote products and services to current and prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Schedule in-home consultations for customers
- Participate in weekly training huddles
