Requirements

High School diploma or GED required.
Customer Service, Reception or Call Center experience preferred; knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides excellent customer service according to Olympic Medical Center standards.
Manages incoming phone calls and messages from a central call center for all OMP provider-based clinics and Hospital Outpatient Departments, as assigned.
Documents telephone messages into EHR and routes them to appropriate departments.
Schedules appointments.
Answers inquiries.
