About The Position

TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of technology products, including mission systems, radio frequency (“RF”) components, RF microwave/microelectronic assemblies, and technologically advanced printed circuit boards (“PCB”s). TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop design, engineering and manufacturing services enable customers to reduce the time required to develop new products and bring them to market. The Calibration Coordinator provides support services to facilitate the repair, maintenance, calibration, and certification of laboratory instrumentation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of preparing clear documentation, correspondence, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of quality management principles (ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent) and the importance of traceability and documentation in a calibration lab setting
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain accurate records in calibration databases and related systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word & Excel, excellent organization skills required as well as follow up and follow through on projects

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a metrology laboratory setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Performs a variety of activities in support of the Metrology/Calibration Lab such as logistics finance, purchasing and database entries
  • Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources
  • Uses calibration database and other software to compile and generate reports, statistics, timeliness, correspondence and presentations
  • Assists in the design of processes to enhance workflow
  • Provides data and information to others on Metrology Lab processes and procedures
  • Coordinates vendor services for outside vendors
  • Performs other duties as assigned
