Hiring Event: Cake Decorators & Bakers
About The Position
As a Cake Decorator, no one day is ever the same. You will use your artistic and creative design skills to put the "icing on the cake" on beautifully decorated cakes and pastries for our customers. You will be successful because you are passionate about decorating and have the creativeness to mix just the right colors to create the perfect icing and flowers for our cakes and pastries. When you're not putting your creative juices to the test, you are taking customers' orders over the phone or in store and replenishing the display cases and shelves. If you have all the right ingredients, let's talk! As a Baker, no one day is ever the same. To truly be successful in the position, you will be passionate about baking breads, cookies, and pastries, as well as producing fancy desserts and decorating cakes. Our Bakers also have the secret ingredient for talking to their customers and take pride in what they are baking, making, and decorating. You will work with ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to bake products that meet the highest quality, freshness, and safety standards. When you aren't rising to the occasion for our customers, you're helping ensure our display cases and shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
