About The Position

Join our team as a Cage Manager and oversee the daily operations of our Casino Cage while providing exceptional guest service! Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • 2+ years of cashiering experience is required.
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • General knowledge of mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and money handling.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team.

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge and compliance with Title 31 Regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Casino Cage operations while maintaining effective communication with the Casino, Finance departments, Marketing, Food & Beverage, Hotel, and Retail.
  • Monitor operational areas for efficiency and ensure that the banks are balanced at the end of each shift, adhering to departmental variance policy and reviewing all reports for compliance with Title 31.
  • Ensure that the team maintains the highest level of the S.H.O.W. guest service program by addressing guest complaints and resolving M life Rewards Member requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supervise and support the Rewards programs, including issuing FREEPLAY and complimentary play coupons as well as adjusting tier credits for guests upon request.
  • Have the authority to manually adjust tiers for MVP, Mastercard, and other ad hoc requests according to company policies.
  • Create and maintain a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork, positive interview processes, performance feedback, disciplinary action, individual recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction while ensuring comprehensive training and succession planning processes that reflect the company’s commitment to diversity.
  • Be proficient in and perform all Casino Cage banking functions and window operations.
