About The Position

As a Credit Clerk at MGM Resorts International, you will work closely with guests, Casino Executives, and the Corporate Credit team to gather and provide information necessary for credit decisions. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are essential to keep the process organized and moving forward smoothly. MGM Resorts aims to create unique and show-stopping experiences for guests, and this role contributes to that mission by supporting the financial aspects of guest services within an exciting and diverse entertainment environment.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• High school diploma, or GED

Responsibilities

• Provide credit applications to guests, inform them of required information, and review completed applications to ensure all necessary details are included
• Collaborate closely with Corporate Credit to ensure all credit checks are conducted thoroughly
• Create Players Club accounts for new guests, entering their biographical data, and updating existing accounts with any new information provided
• Conduct data research through Central Credit
• For properties with safety deposit boxes, open and close boxes for hotel guests and provide access during their stay
• Contact banking establishments to obtain bank ratings and verify issued checks, scan and record identification and signatures into the computer system
• Assist in completing and distributing Cage paperwork as needed
• Perform weekly audits of safety deposit boxes and report findings to cage management
• Gather information and record it on affidavits for executive review
