Matchbook Learning is a non-profit charter management organization based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We operate two schools: Matchbook Learning at Wendell Phillips School 63, serving students in Kindergarten through 8th grade, and The Match High School and Career Center, which currently serves 9th and 10th grade students and will expand to include 11th grade students in the fall of 2026. Matchbook Learning is seeking a Cafeteria Worker to support daily food service operations in our K–8 school community. This is an hourly, entry-level position, ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a school environment and supporting students’ health and well-being. Position Overview The Cafeteria Worker supports the preparation, service, and clean-up of daily meals while helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming cafeteria environment for students in grades K–8. This role works as part of a team and follows established food service procedures to ensure meals are served efficiently and in compliance with health and safety standards.
