To supervise all activities and employees of the cafeteria and ensure all MDI customer service standards, sales plans, and departmental operations are maintained in and for the cafeteria. To engage in preparation, serving, clean-up,ordering, supervising and other necessary tasks for the operation of the MDI Cafeteria. Must be able to work anytime, nights, weekends a must.
