About The Position

Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling the performance of Commercial Foodservice Assistants and Cashiers to include the fostering of guest relations and adherence to policies and procedures. Ensures timely, quality foodservice to customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read, speak, write, understand and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Must be knowledgeable of food sanitation, safety procedures, productivity and general foodservice.

Nice To Haves

  • Two years experience in large institutional foodservice with one year supervisory experience preferred.
