What You Will Be Doing: Prepares food for daily lunch and dinner meal periods Serves prepared food to employees Has strong knowledge of properly storing, rotating and maintaining products The ability to check and complete mise en place Ensures café is kept stocked with ice and sodas Ensure the café has an adequate amount of food for each service period Ensures Café food is flavorful and healthy Assists to ensure café in a clean and organized manner Assists to ensures tables are clean and stocked with napkins and condiments Remains in the café during peak hours to ensure a clean and full buffet Work with the Chef team to minimize food waste and support sustainability initiatives Carry out any other duties as may be assigned
