Café Team Member Fowler Toyota Norman is seeking a team member for their café, Kaizen Cafe. Taking food orders and preparing food according to State Health Regulations and Requirements. Responsible for performing cash handling operations and making sure that the cash drawer balances at the end of every shift change. Cleaning and maintaining kitchen area and dining area for cleanliness. Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution. Maintains a professional appearance. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Food Handlers Card Permit
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
