Job Responsibilities
Greets customers in a pleasant and professional manner. Taking food orders and preparing food according to State Health Regulations and Requirements. Responsible for performing cash handling operations and making sure that the cash drawer balances at the end of every shift change. Cleaning and maintaining kitchen area and dining area for cleanliness. Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution. Maintains a professional appearance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Food Handlers Card Permit
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.

• Customer Service in Food Retail preferred but not necessary
