The Café/1844 Lunch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing Café at The Stella staffing, scheduling, inventory and service execution delivery of all food and beverage offered via Café. Also responsible for event staging and planning within the Café to generate additional revenues. This position reports to the General Manager, retains relationships with peers and all other departments within the hotel, maintains relationships with current and prospective clients and guests, and maintains relationships with suppliers, vendors, and others serving the Company or the property.
