About The Position

Requirements

• Possess strong customer service skills
• Able to work well with others as part of a team
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and be able to lift and carry 35 lbs. easily
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping a positive attitude
• Possess excellent communication skills to relay guest feedback to management and ensure guest satisfaction
• A pre-employment background check required

Responsibilities

• Take orders using current POS, includes cash handling and giving correct change
• Acquire menu knowledge of current menu to help assist guests and navigate food allergies when needed
• Deliver food to customers in a timely manner
• Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
• Bus tables removing dishes and trash
• Check in with guests to ensure they have all appropriate tableware
• Handle various impromptu requests from guests
• Roll silverware and fill beverage station as needed
• Able to perform various cleaning/sanitation duties including sanitizing chairs and tables, countertops, and mopping
