Provides guest service, resets table, cleans dining areas and assists Food and Beverage staff as needed. Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: Sees to all of the needs of the dining guests by providing Clearly Superior Customer Service Sets and resets tables and keeps surrounding area clean and presentable, including cleaning menus, replenishing salt and pepper and other table items Provides guest services at banquet functions Sets tables, serves food and beverages to banquet guests, cleans tables and surrounding areas and assists Food and Beverage staff as needed Responsible for insuring the resort’s breakfast room is well stocked with food items based on the hotel occupancy level Serves alcoholic beverages to guests Secondary Functions: Assist other staff as requested
