The Café Retail Manager 2 will have front of the house operating responsibilities including the supervision of the team with a focus on excellent customer experience. Requirements

  • A strong hospitality mindset with a passion for delivering warm, memorable guest experiences.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring, coaching, and developing front‑of‑house teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence engaging clients and guests.
  • A track record of driving service excellence, operational consistency, and brand‑aligned standards.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to introduce new ideas that elevate café operations and sustainability efforts.
  • Solid knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, merchandising, and front‑of‑house best practices.
  • Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
  • Minimum Management Experience - 1 year

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily front‑of‑house café and retail operations, ensuring a warm, seamless, and memorable guest experience.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver consistent hospitality, service excellence, and brand‑aligned standards.
  • Partner with culinary, catering, and client teams to support daily service, special events, and workplace hospitality initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, merchandising, product quality, and visual presentation throughout the café and retail spaces.
  • Oversee cash handling, POS operations, inventory levels, and retail controls to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service, introduce new ideas, and support sustainability, quality, and continuous improvement goals.
