Requirements

Solid knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, merchandising, and front‑of‑house best practices.
Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
Minimum Management Experience - 1 year

Responsibilities

Lead daily front‑of‑house café and retail operations, ensuring a warm, seamless, and memorable guest experience.
Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver consistent hospitality, service excellence, and brand‑aligned standards.
Partner with culinary, catering, and client teams to support daily service, special events, and workplace hospitality initiatives.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, merchandising, product quality, and visual presentation throughout the café and retail spaces.
Oversee cash handling, POS operations, inventory levels, and retail controls to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities to enhance service, introduce new ideas, and support sustainability, quality, and continuous improvement goals.
