About the role Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. Provide guests with food and beverage offerings, assistance with retail purchases and maintain the Café & Pantry work area. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum two years food & beverage service or retail related work.
Ability to prepare food and beverage offerings and offer Retail assistance.
Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions and read and write English.
Hawaii Food Handler’s Card
Maui Liquor Card
Tuberculosis Clearance

Responsibilities

Provide guests with food and beverage, assistance with retail purchases and maintaining the Café & Pantry work area.
Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or house charges.
Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements; anticipate guest needs.
