Job Summary We're seeking a hands-on Café Manager to oversee commissary food production, retail marketplaces, and an onsite coffee bar at our Amazon location. This is a full-time, onsite role scheduled Monday-Friday, with shifts between 7:00 AM-4:30 PM. The Café Manager is responsible for daily operations, team supervision, and ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and financial performance.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant foodservice or hospitality management experience
- Experience in corporate dining, restaurants, hotels, healthcare, or similar environments
- Working knowledge of foodservice equipment and cash handling procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- ServSafe or local health certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, coach, and supervise associates
- Manage daily café operations and ensure service excellence
- Oversee sanitation and safety compliance
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives and special events
- Monitor and operate within budget, identifying areas for improvement
