What You’ll Do Deliver friendly, professional service using Spare Time Service Standards (Code S.E.R.V.E.) Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and answer menu questions Know the menu well and make recommendations when asked Prepare and serve food accurately and efficiently Operate the POS system confidently, handling transactions, payments, and change Complete required shift paperwork and settlements accurately Handle opening and closing duties for your shift Keep food prep areas, equipment, and workstations clean and organized Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards Maintain clean guest dining areas throughout your shift Restock products and supplies as needed Assist with putting away food and supply deliveries Help manage waste and minimize food loss Communicate inventory shortages or concerns to a supervisor Share information with guests about center features and upcoming events Report safety concerns or policy violations to management Pitch in on other tasks as needed to support the team What We’re Looking For 1+ year of kitchen, café, or restaurant experience preferred Friendly, guest-focused attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling food, transactions, and guest interaction Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays Work Environment Fast-paced, high-energy setting Loud environment with music, games, and lighting effects Regular interaction with large crowds, families, and children Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching Nights, weekends, and peak-time shifts are part of the role
