The Foods Supervisor directs daily operations of the Macy’s Café, ensuring an efficient, professional, safe, and profitable operation while upholding Macy’s Foods Division standards and expectations. The Foods Supervisor works alongside colleagues to deliver quality customer service and expertly crafted food and beverage products. The Foods Supervisor coaches and develops team members, maintains an encouraging and energetic work environment, and partners with leadership to support sales, profitability, and compliance goals. In this role, the Foods Supervisor positively influences others, strengthens leadership skills, and creates an uplifting experience for both customers and colleagues. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.
