About The Position

Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service/Concessions Window Attendant. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of food items, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Greet customers and take food and beverage orders. Prepare and serve menu items such as hot dogs, nachos, chicken sandwiches, smash burgers, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, salads, and soft serve ice cream and more. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate change. Assist with food preparation, setup, and equipment maintenance. Ensure all food items are prepared according to health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession area. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously. Follow all company policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Expectations: Provide exceptional customer service at all times. Maintain a positive and professional attitude. Comfortable working in hot conditions, as all food is served poolside at our resort.
